HOW DOES THE MADE TO ORDER PROCESS WORK?

Made to Order items are fixed designs, which will be produced after an order is placed. Typically, a made to order style will be produced and ready to ship in 1-2 weeks. 

WHERE ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?

All items are completely designed and handmade in house.

IS YOUR BRAND ETHICAL & SUSTAINABLE?

I try to be as ethical and sustainable as possible. Every single stock item and made-to-order item is designed and handmade by me at my studio in Columbia, SC.  I only hold a small batch of stock items and made-to-order items are made once it has actually been ordered. I do this in order to reduce any unnecessary waste and also to be able to cater to any shape or size. All fabrics are sourced by me in the USA and Canada. If you order a garment from Anton & Maxine it is professionally tailored and designed, made with care and very limited in number.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ANTON & MAXINE ACCEPT?

We accept payment by credit card via Squarespace.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ORDER?

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES ANTON & MAXINE CURRENTLY SHIP TO?

I currently only ship to the US. More countries are planned in the future.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?

For stock products I will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. For made to order products, I will ship your order within 1-2 weeks. Actual transit times may vary. 

WILL I PAY TAX, FEES, OR ANY DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

Yes, customers pay sales tax. This will be added to your order at check out.

Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment. We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For stock products, exchanges are accepted for a different size of the same style only. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For an item to be eligible for exchange:

It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must have all original tags attached.

Due to the nature of our made to order styles, all sales are final. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item and you contact us immediately. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to get in touch with us so we can help you find a solution by emailing antonandmaxine@gmail.com 

HOW SHOULD TAKE CARE FOR MY ANTON & MAXINE GARMENTS?

I recommend all items to be machine wash cold or hand washed, hand dried and steam ironed. Please do not bleach or tumble dry your ORTL pieces.

PRIVACY POLICY

Anton & Maxine collects customer information to enhance customers' shopping experience, to better communicate with our customers about our products and promotions, and to enhance the accuracy and performance of our operations.  This Privacy Policy covers the entire website (“site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and addresses the use, disclosure, and security of the personal information we collect. By visiting or using this site, you accept and consent to the practices described in this policy.

USE AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

When you purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.  We may disclose your personal information when you ask us, or we believe we are required by law to do so.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. You can opt out of these emails at any time using the Unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications or contacting us at  antonandmaxine@gmail.com

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

Google Analytics: This website uses Google Analytics, including Demographics and Interest Reporting, to help us learn about who visits our site to enhance customers' shopping experience and improve the performance of our operations. Google Analytics uses first-party and third-party cookies to track visitor interactions with our site.  Google collects this information anonymously without identifying individual visitors. SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).   Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

They are needed to facilitate automatic logins, password authentication, shopping cart functions, personal preference settings, and a variety of other functions.
