Where does Anton & Maxine ship to?
Currently we only ship within the United States through USPS.
When will my order ship?
Made-to-order items are cut and made once the order is placed and paid in full. Please allow us 5 – 10 business days for making and sending your items once purchased.
In-stock items and one-of-a-kind items are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days. In peak times of sales, promotions, or product launches, processing times may take up to five business days. If you need your items by a certain date, you may indicate this in the 'notes' section at check out. This will allow us to prioritize your order if needed.
For orders labeled as "pre-order" in the product's title, please review the item's description for shipping date.
Is it possible to order next day delivery?
If your item is in stock or a one-of-a-kind item, you are welcome to upgrade to ship overnight for a fee. Please contact us at email@example.com to enquire.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-7 business days if standard shipping is selected.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily use the United States Postal Service to keep shipping rates down. However, if you'd prefer to have your order shipped via UPS, you are welcome to upgrade.
The FREE Shipping on orders over $100 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
How do I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking to update.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a FREE shipping in the United States on orders over $100. Otherwise, our website automatically calculates the USPS shipping rate based on the weight and destination and will be stated on the checkout page after shipping address has been added.
Do you offer international shipping?
Sorry, currently we do not offer worldwide shipping.
Do you ship to APO addresses shipping?
All shipments to APO (military base) addresses are shipped Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service. In-stock items will arrive 5-7 business days for delivery once the order has been processed; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Anton & Maxine clothing, so we accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged item may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size 5 days from the date of reported delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your reported delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to get in touch with us so we can help you find a solution by emailing email@example.com
Custom and special-order items are not returnable.
What is your refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For purchases made with a gift card, refunds will be issued in the form of a new gift card.
